Refund Policy & Automatic Restorations

7-day refund policy for unused credit packs and automated instant restorations for failed video renders.

We want you to be completely confident using Speedpaint Studio:

7-Day Unused Credit Pack Refunds

If you purchased a credit pack and have not used the credits, you can request a cash refund to your original payment method within 7 days:

  • Open Transactions in your dashboard.
  • Locate the eligible purchase and click Request refund.
  • The system confirms your available balance and submits the refund.
  • Funds return to your payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Automatic Failure Restorations

    If a generation fails or times out on GPU workers, deducted credits are automatically restored to your active balance.
