Which emails you get

Manage your email preferences for completed video alerts, low credit warnings, new sign-in security notices, and studio news.

When a video finishes

An email with a link to the finished video. On by default.

Low credit alerts

A warning when your balance drops below a level you choose: 10, 25, 50, or 100 credits. On by default, set to 25.

New sign-in

A notice when your account is used from a device you have not used before. On by default.

Product updates

Occasional emails about new features. Off by default.

Payments and receipts

Receipts for credit purchases, and a notice if a payment fails. On by default.

Steps

  • Open Settings, then Notifications.
  • Turn individual emails on or off, and pick your low-credit level if you use it.
  • Choose Save in each section you changed. Reset to defaults changes the draft; choose Save to keep those changes.
