Troubleshooting a Drawing Generation in Studio

Check progress, source previews and output settings when a generation seems stuck or incomplete, and include useful job details in a support request.

Separate waiting from the animation

A two-minute video does not mean the service must prepare it in two minutes. The duration setting describes the exported animation. Preparation includes checking the image, making a sketch where needed, rendering and storing the result.

Studio displays progress for a job. If you reload the page, it can resume tracking an in-progress generation. Avoid repeatedly starting new jobs just because the page was refreshed.

Check what is actually incomplete

A temporarily missing source preview does not establish that the input has been lost. It can be a media URL or loading problem. Wait for the job state or review Library before starting again. If an image remains unavailable, report the job identifier and what action preceded the failure.

When an exported drawing appears incomplete, watch the downloaded file through its final frame. A player poster, a paused frame or a hand covering a detail can look different from the finished export. Compare the final sketch with the source, accounting for any drawing-style interpretation.

Review the settings

Check whether the input was treated as an existing sketch or as a photo to interpret. Review duration, aspect ratio, background removal and the color-fill choice. Fitting the image into another ratio can add space without dropping any drawing content.

If the generation failed, read the displayed message before retrying. A new attempt is a new generation; do not assume it is a free rerender. Credit treatment depends on whether paid preparation had already taken place.

Send a useful report

Use Support with the creation or job details, approximate time, settings and the step that failed. Describe whether the problem is in the preview, the downloaded file, the final drawing or playback. Never include passwords, OTP codes or signed private asset links in a public report.

Keep the original source so the problem can be reproduced safely. That is more useful than repeatedly changing several settings without recording which combination failed.
